Responsibilities of the Event Promotions Assistant:

• Effectively communicate with consumers to establish a positive brand image and enhance the public perception of clients’ brands.
• Assist the Public Relations and Marketing Manager in developing and executing Public Relations campaigns aligned with corporate objectives to increase market share and maximize sales.
• Act as a liaison between consumers and corporate clientele to resolve communications issues and deliver key brand messages.
• Assist with campaign setup and breakdown, handle client merchandise, campaign materials, and coordinate the transition of marketing assets as necessary.

Qualifications of the Event Promotions Assistant:

• Degree or relevant experience in Public Relations, English, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is an asset.
• Ability to develop innovative public relations and communication strategies tailored to a variety of audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex messages clearly.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
