Objectives of the Role:

• Promote awareness of the organization’s mission and work to potential donors and community members.
• Cultivate a network of dedicated donors and volunteers, building strong, lasting relationships.
• Spot new fundraising opportunities and develop creative strategies to increase donations.
• Plan, execute, and manage fundraising initiatives to help the organization meet its financial goals.
• Form strong, long-term relationships with external stakeholders, including corporate partners and community leaders.
• Ensure major donors are kept informed and satisfied with regular updates and communication.
• Effectively communicate the organization’s mission, vision, and programs to potential donors.
• Strategize and successfully execute fundraising campaigns that engage supporters and drive donations.
• Organize fundraising events while overseeing teams of volunteers and fundraisers to ensure success.
• Manage budgets for fundraising events and track whether financial goals are being met.
