We’re looking for a motivated Outreach Event Assistant to join our team and support the planning and execution of outreach initiatives. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event coordination and community-focused marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and organizing outreach events, community programs, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the outreach team to develop strategies for effective community engagement.
- Interact with event attendees to share information, answer questions, and promote our organization’s mission.
- Provide on-site event support to ensure smooth operations and address any challenges.
- Track event attendance and measure community engagement outcomes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for community outreach and creating meaningful connections.
- Ability to work effectively both in team settings and independently.
