Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, including logistics and setup.
- Support the Event Manager in managing schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Help oversee event staff and volunteers to ensure seamless operations.
- Interact with attendees to provide information and enhance their experience.
- Contribute to the creation and distribution of promotional materials.
- Monitor event activities and address any issues promptly.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing reports and tracking performance.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement innovative event strategies.
Qualifications:
