Main Responsibilities:

• Work closely with senior management to learn and master essential skills, including project management, customer service, and training development.
• Manage key clients with a large, pre-existing consumer base and actively engage in their account management.
• Lead and initiate marketing and customer service projects aimed at improving outreach efforts and enhancing customer and client satisfaction.
• Participate in daily training sessions alongside Senior Account Managers to stay updated on industry trends, product advancements, and compliance regulations.
• Provide direction and mentorship to team members within the designated account management team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions and manage training programs, ensuring that performance goals are met in 30-60-90 day intervals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of leadership or management experience in a professional, internship, or sports setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field such as Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications (preferred but not required).
• Previous experience in client-facing or consumer-facing roles is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with multiple levels within the organization, including clients and executive management.
• Excellent critical thinking skills to identify issues, improve processes, and implement effective solutions.
• Ability to develop training programs, mentor peers, and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
• A competitive drive and a desire to grow from an entry-level position into a leadership role.
