Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level Marketing Manager, you will gain hands-on experience in marketing strategy, team leadership, event coordination, and client management. You will be responsible for managing the execution of marketing campaigns, promoting events, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development: Work with the senior management team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of marketing associates, providing guidance and support to help them meet targets and develop professionally.
  • Event Planning & Promotion: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring seamless marketing and promotion of each event.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all marketing needs and expectations are met.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitors to inform campaign strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Brand Management: Help manage and maintain brand integrity across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Social Media & Content Management: Coordinate social media campaigns and content creation to engage and grow the client’s audience.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns and events, providing regular updates and reports to clients and internal teams.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, customer service, and event management) to ensure consistency and alignment in marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Leadership potential with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
  • Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
