The Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant is a vital member of our marketing and advertising department. This entry-level position starts with comprehensive training, providing a solid foundation in basic marketing strategy, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer market research. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will have the opportunity to advance to a team lead role within the marketing department, reporting directly to the Executive Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily growth and development of assigned marketing campaigns.
• Support customer acquisition and retention efforts.
• Manage the needs of external customers with professionalism.
• Develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Drive sales through engaging retail promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

• Ability to work full-time hours, including some weekends for special events.
