We’re hiring an enthusiastic Entry-Level Client Relations Manager to help us maintain and strengthen our client partnerships. This role offers hands-on training and valuable experience working directly with clients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
About the Role
As an Entry-Level Client Relations Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for clients, assisting them with inquiries, coordinating solutions, and supporting their overall experience with our services. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to foster positive relationships and drive client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and support requests
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition
- Help resolve client issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams as needed
- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service offerings
- Support client meetings, preparing reports and updates to keep clients informed
- Work with marketing to identify client needs and tailor solutions
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly
