Position Overview:
As an Entry Level Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals to learn the ins and outs of marketing, sales, and management. This is a fast-track training program where you will gain hands-on experience in customer service, leadership, team management, event coordination, and business development. You will be responsible for assisting in the management and growth of marketing campaigns and taking on leadership roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing and Campaign Management: Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for clients, ensuring goals are met and timelines are followed.
• Team Leadership & Development: Take on a leadership role by helping to train, coach, and manage a team of marketing and sales associates. Provide guidance to new team members and ensure they are meeting performance goals.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that all their marketing needs are met. Assist in client meetings and communications.
• Event Coordination: Play a key role in the planning, promotion, and execution of events, from initial concept through to completion. Ensure that events run smoothly and effectively represent client brands.
• Sales & Customer Acquisition: Assist in generating new business by meeting with potential clients and handling customer inquiries. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Management Training: Participate in training sessions designed to develop leadership, business management, and communication skills to prepare for managerial responsibilities.
• Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of marketing campaigns and event outcomes, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
